Jagdish Patel is a board certified gastroenterologist with over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and leader in the healthcare industry. Jagdish is passionate about technology and innovation in healthcare delivery, and brings vast experience in hospital administration and business startups. Prior to co-founding CareStratus, Jagdish served for two terms as the Chief of Staff at Walter O. Boswell Memorial hospital. Jagdish also played a key role in founding and managing one of the first free-standing, outpatient endoscopy centers in Arizona, and has also been a co-founder of a Gastroenterology clinic in Arizona. Jagdish helped customize gastroenterology EMR tool in partnership with gMed Inc., which is currently used by many gastroenterologists.

Chinmay Patel is a technology entrepreneur and leader with over 20 years of industry experience. Before joining CareStratus, Chinmay managed mobile centric software development company, MightyMob, that delivered solutions for healthcare, hospitality, gaming and social networking industries. Prior to MightyMob, Chinmay led engineering and business development teams at Intel to establish the company's role as market leader in the cloud and the datacenter technologies. Chinmay holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Jordan Sloan is a software engineer passionate about the advancement and development of emerging technologies for the healthcare industry. Prior to joining the CareStratus team, Jordan led software development efforts at HealthDox dedicated to ensuring compliance and ease-of-use for the healthcare management and IT sectors. Jordan received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Arizona State University.
